Start with actual customer enquiries
Which language do customers use when asking questions? Do they need an address, a detailed quote or a short first conversation? French and Arabic can serve different audiences. English may help a business serving international customers. Finish each journey instead of translating only the homepage.
Arabic changes the layout too
Right-to-left reading needs attention in menus, forms and mixed-language text. Phone numbers, email addresses and references do not behave like paragraphs. Check them on a real phone, with the same text a customer would enter.
Connect the form to a real response
The journey does not end when someone taps Send. Visitors should know their request has gone through, and the team should know where to find it. Offer contact channels you can genuinely follow up.
In Casablanca and elsewhere in Morocco, an accurate address, opening hours and service area help people prepare their first conversation with you. Check those basics before adding more pages or investing in campaigns.
